Spring Hill Cemetery (Brooksville, FL)
History:
Spring Hill Cemetery is an African-American cemetery, dating back to the late 1800’s.
Reports:
Some have reported that they have seen what appears to be a man hanging from one of the center tree limbs, usually around dusk. In addition, a cry from a child during nighttime hours has also been reported as being heard.
Investigation:
Investigators Bobby and Dianne were only able to conduct a brief investigation as there were three other visitors on the premises, visiting the tomb of a loved one. However, multiple photos were taken of the area. Below are just some of them.
Conclusion:
No photographs taken appeared to show anything out of the normal. It was noted that due to the shape of some of the branches as well as the hanging Spanish moss, perhaps this has what may have confused other reports of what appears to be someone hanged from a tree limb.
No conclusions have been made about this location. Integrity Investigations plan on continuing investigations of this location.
